I did it! This is THE CHEAPEST I have ever got plane tickets, but hey! I'll take it. I'll take 4 one-way flights to Orlando for $60.80 any day of the week and twice on Sunday :-) Yes, that's right $15.20 for each ticket. Crazy right? Let me show you how easy it is...

It's actually incredibly easy to save at least $20 right off the top by visiting your friendly discount airline directly at the airport.
I regularly fly Frontier and I am a Den Member. The cheapest to-date for the four of us was $69.20. Not too shabby, right?

After finding the flight you want, simply go to the airport nearest to you. Then go directly to the counter and book your flight. It does not have to be the same airport as the one you want to fly in/out of.
I bought a ticket in Chicago for my older daughter to fly from Orlando to Louisville. And my $60.80 airfare was bought in Cincinnati but heading out of Columbus. Why? Because I happened to be in Cincinnati when the agents were at the counter. I buy them wherever its convenient.
Remember to check outbound flights from the airline so you know when agents will be at the counter. The discount airlines usually have agents there only two hours before flights. I use Flight Tracker to check when Frontier flights are leaving to ensure agents will be there ready to sell me a mega cheap plane ticket!
You can regularly get $20 off the discount airlines (Spirit, Frontier, Allegiant, etc) just by going to the airport. Let me know what kind of crazy deals you get in the comments below. Happy traveling!
