Old Man's Cave is my favorite place to hike in Ohio. Old Man's Cave is in Hocking Hills. There are many places to hike in Hocking Hills. Old Man's Cave is my favorite. Have you hiked in Old Man's Cave?

We got to camp at the campground. It is right above Old Man's Cave. It was short and very steep hike down to trail.
The trails around Old Man's Cave are very cool. There is an upper trail. That trail goes around the rim of the ravine. A ravine is a deep place with rock on the sides. The trails are much easier there. And there is a lower trail. This is the best trail. There are bridges to cross, stairs to climb, tunnels to go through, caves to explore, funny trees to see, and rocks to cross.

If you are not good at hiking, try the upper trail. The lower trail is harder. There is a lot of ups and downs. But it is the best. There are many things to see. There is a part of the stream that is called the Devil's Bathtub. The water swirls around and around. There are small waterfalls too. There are walls of rock that make up the ravine.

There are two waterfalls. A small one that falls into the creek. At the bottom of the ravine is a stream. The stream ends in a pool of water. The big waterfall flows into the pool.
My mom says you are not allowed to go swimming. But the water looks so cool after a long morning of hiking. Some people swim, but you're not allowed.

I hope you can go to Old Man's Cave sometime and see the waterfalls, caves, bridges, and rock walls.
Do you like hiking? What cool things do you see when you go hiking? Tell me below.
